Notes

I always like a milder hop taste, this has a nice balance for me who prefers a pale ale or stout vs the hipster-IPA only crew, the color throws them off, but the are appreciative of it later.

When you pour in the LME, have the flame on high and scorch it a little.. the extra blackness will not hurt.
