I have been homebrewing for about 7 years now. I prefer all grain brewing but due to laziness and time constraints I don't mind whipping up a 5 gallon extract every once in awhile. I prefer pale ale's and IPA's but have made many different styles from blondes to stouts. I am very meticulous when it comes to following recipes and sanitizing, knock on wood I haven't ever had to throw a batch of beer out due to those issues.
My personal favorites are my New Zealand Rye IPA made with nelson hops and my California Common which I won a homebrew competition with.
