Amateur, intermediate brewer trying all sorts of things on my basic all-grain setup. Mostly, I'm here to have fun and brew beer I like to drink!
Extract: wheat ale, Irish red ale, gingerbread brown ale, saison (french strain), red saison (belgian strain)
All-grain: Dunkel, strawberry pale ale, oktoberfest (really did not come out right- horrible yeasty taste), wheat porter, Berliner weisses, Koelsch
