I've been brewing beer since Feb. 2012. I'm a light drinker so I don't brew often. I did 4 batches of Extract + Specialty before moving to BIAB (1 batch) and then 3-vessel.
I have been making wine since the early 2000's. I had good success at that time. I took a hiatus for a number of years, but started again in fall 2011.
Meanwhile, I've been playing with other fermentables: ginger ale and cheese.
