Nova Beer Project operates as a gypsy brewery producing exciting beers inspired by all things outdoors and advneture. I enjoy the science behind brewing as well as the creative aspect in developing new recipes and concepts. i find inspiration for new beer concepts while mountain biking, trail running or hiking.
