I live in Knoxville, TN and I have been brewing my own all-grain recipes since 2012.
I focus on darker beers that have complexity. I do fun things with pale ales. I like to add tea to wort after the boil. I try to make recipes for beers that I think would be great and that I cannot currently buy in stores.
