I've been brewing a variety of beverages for almost 30 years. My Maple Hard Cider is my signature beverage. I'm learning Whole Grain brewing and have been doing it for almost 4 years now. I want to perfect my technique.
Hoegaarden, Kolsch, Polonia Porter, Braggott, Kythe's 2 Grain Porter, Pale Ale, Pumpkin Stout, and a few others.
