I am very new to this, but am enjoying it as a new hobby. I've always wanted to learn to brew and start my own company, so I'm going to begin learning instead of just having it be something I always wanted to do but never did.
I'm starting off just brewing some very simple recipes, attempting to follow a few basic styles.
Chocolate Pecan Porter and an IPA. Going to work on a banana cinnamon wheat here soon and maybe experiment with allspice and some other things in some darker beers as well.
