Homebrewing all-grain various styles utilizing standard equipment (i.e. mash tun, pump, 15.5 gallon brew pot, etc.). Most brews single step infusion mash, some multi step infusion. Have refrigerator set up with temperature control for lagering. Both CO2 and corn sugar carbonation.
