Brewing since 1978 (it was easier to brew beer than buy it, when I was at school!)
Started all grain with a homemade kettle and mash tun in the mid nineties.
Took a break and started up again last year with a 30 litre all in one system.
Traditional British ales, stouts and porters, with the odd venture into European beers and historical beers thrown into the mix every now and then. I like balanced beers and am not a fan of the overly hopped beers which are trendy at the moment.
