Currently brewing on a 1 Gallon scale in my apartment in Cardiff but looking to move up a notch to 5 Gallons real soon.
Started with liquid malt kits back in 2015 but have moved very quickly up to all grain (Brew in a bag) method and have made some pretty tasty beers.
