I built a two tier brew stand similar to More Beer's tippy top. I typically will brew 10 gallons all-grain. I am using a (3) Sanke keggle system, (1) Chugger Pump and (1) Sanke for primary fermentation, (2) corny kegs for secondary and dry hopping. Typically batch size 10-12 gallons.
I am partial to IPAs but have been venturing out lately. Recent brews; Plum Specialty Belgian Porter Ale, Dark Belgian Ale, Imperial Pilsner Ale (SMASH), Irish Red, Smoked Lager Porter, Single Hop Northern Brewer IPA 5 gal reg 5 gal infused with grapefruit, IPA w/ 5 gal one yeast 5 gal another yeast.
