Brewing since Jan 2011. I make what interests me and range from extract beer to all-grain, to fine meads (or so I'm told).
I started when I was given a Mr. Beer Kit Christmas of 2010, and within two months was making my own partial mash recipes, then in about a year into all-grain. That beer kit and one "style kit" are the last (and only) times i ever used someone elses recipe. Six months after brewing I became an avid mead-maker.
