Extract and Partial Mashes only for now. I mostly do IPAs, because I'm a HUGE hophead, but I also venture into Stouts, ESBs. I have a standing kegerator, so no room to ferment lagers, but my tastes have changed, so I don't feel much of a need.
Biggest aspect for me is how many ounces of hops can I add in to my IPAs. I once did a five gallon batch that used 11 ounces. Hey, I liked it! And since I often do some high gravity beers, I can make it work! You need to try my Sidra IPA. She's totally worth it!
