I started with a 1 gallon all grain kit which resulted in bottle rockets. From there I switched to extract brewing to save space but have recently converted back to all grain batches. My setup is three 8 gallon steel kettles and two 6.5 gallon fermenters.
I tend to brew mostly Pales and IPAs but also enjoy a good creamy stout or a light Belgian style ale.
