I have brewed Nut Brown Ale (New Castle clone) and Irish Red Ale, both of which turned out very good. My Trick or Treat (Weizen)Bock and Oktoberfest/Marzen both tasted ok but didn't carbonate. Don't know why but frustrated by this. Brewed Hefeweizen in Jan. 2017 and won first place in category in March club competition. Kolsch didn't do as well in June competition but still tasted good.
