Began brewing around 2012 as an extract brewer on the kitchen stove. Moved to all-grain brewing on The Grainfather in 2014. Currently use a variety of setups and techniques depending on what works for the batch I'm making, with the PicoBrew Zymatic being the one I use most often. I tend to brew Belgian and British styles most often, but I've probably brewed about 40 of the BJCP recognized styles to date.
