All grain; I tend to avoid sugars and adjuncts (rice, oats, etc.) though for the occasional specialty brew...

1. Chocolate Porter - rich and smooth with a hint of sweetness and subtle hopping.
2. Pale Ale - Bright, yet round, aromatic from Goldings in late boil.
