Been a while but I'm ready to re-enter my brewing hobby that I enjoyed so much back in the 80s. I'm retired now so I should have plenty of time to experiment, but keeping with strict All Grain, German Beer Purity Law. I don't like flavored beers. If you want to add flavors do it after it's made. This is a real first class website that I wish they had had years ago. Brilliant concept.
