I have been home brewing for 10 years, Creating specific beers for my friends and myself.
I have made a variety of beers following recipes for several years until I started studying and learning about the grains and hops specifically. Then I dug deep into the scientific structure of beer and used my culinary skills to come up with some really good beer.
