I love to experiment and learn new brewing techniques.
I'm mostly focused on small batches as I can brew more often and also lower the risk of losing a whole batch if something goes wrong (especially with experiments).
My beers are not restricted to any specific style.
I brew from all time classic styles to very innovative and experimental beers.
However, I'd say my beers mostly fall within British and American styles.
