I have been brewing beer for 12 years. I am an all-grain brewer, using a brew sculpture that I designed which is built on a 4 foot rolling scaffold with a March pump to move the hot liquids around. I use 10 gallon coolers for Mashing and Lautering. I am scientific and process oriented and starting to get more creative with my recipes.
