    My Brewing:

Started with 1 gal. batch brewing with 1 gallon glass carboy as fermenter. Made lots of mistakes and almost boiled the wort away (lost about 2½ qts. in the boil) and still turned out a great Irish Dry Stout.

Way to much effort for 9 bottles of beer when almost same effort would give me 48-50 bottles. Now brewing in 5-gallon batches.

    My Beers:

Only two so far. First was Bone Dry Irish Stout from a Craftabrew.com kit which turned out great and got me going. Second one is and is a Clone of Otter Creek Copper Ale. Used to live about an hour from that brewery and their Copper Ale was superb. When my brother would visit we would go and get a couple of growlers from them. This one is in the secondary fermenter right now.

My copper ale is ready now and it turned out great!
