I have been brewing since about 2008. I started on a 7.5 gallon plain stainless pot. I still brew 5 gallon batches with that at times. I now have a Pico, Mash N Boil, 7.5 gallon pot and cooler setup for 5 gallon all grain or extract batches, and a full keggle setup for 10 gallon all grain batches.
Smokey Maple Amber Ale, Oak IPA, Hazelnut Brown Ale, Amber Bock, Dunkelweiss, Oktoberfest and Wee Heavy Scotch Ale are some of my favorites.
