Extract Brewing - British Ordinary bitters the usual (Brakspear Bitter clone, our local brew when living in the UK is the target), but after a trip to the Czech Republic, now making Czech Pilsener for summer days.
Best decision was to add an external temp controller to an old fridge that had trouble keeping temps consistent.
