I started brewing in 2014 using extract kits. In January 2016 I made the jump to all grain. Staying with pale ale or IPA until I get my mashing technique more consistent (my efficiencies are all over the board right now, generally lower than I want.) I've been very happy with the taste of my all grain efforts thus far (4 batches.)
