I've been brewing for 8 years now. I first got into the hobby from my dad, who started home brewing a year before me. I tried his beer and it tasted pretty good, so I started brewing extract. I started all grain brewing a year later. I use a 3 vessel system still and brew everything from lagers, to IPAs, to Belgian beers.
