Basically I am a noob to everything brewing. I am learning and brewing as I go, I have brewed 4 batches with my fifth in the fermenter as I type this. Currently the wildest I get are some spices and specialty grains thrown in with my extract but I will hopefully be slowly transitioning to all-grain shortly as I like challenges.
#1 - 2 Gal. - Basic Mr. Beer American Pale Ale
#2 - 2 Gal. - Blueberry Porter
#3 - 2 Gal. - Honey Brown Clone
#4 - 5 Gal. - Black Mystery (Never made it out of the fermenter)
#5 - 5 Gal. - Christmas Caribou (Conditioning in Bottles)
