About two years ago I began brewing my first batch of beer as an experiment for a microbiology course I was taking online. The project quickly turned into my obsession and I've been brewing non-stop ever since. I particularly like to brew Belgian and German styles, but also enjoy a well made American IPA. My focus recently has been on perfecting a couple of recipes and brewing them on a regular basis.
