My Dad and I (mainly my Dad) started growing hops on the farm (Cascade, Willamette and Centennial); 2015 was the 3rd year and the harvest was great.
I'm working with a minimash system and do full volume boils.
Mainly IPAs, some fresh hopped with farm grown hops, and stouts.
