Gravity Driven Brewing
We have been brewing for about 4 years. We, like so many others, started with extract brews from a kit and soon decided we wanted more options and control, so we started all-grain brewing. We use stainless 20 gallon mash tun. We have two separate kettles so we can brew two 1/2 bbl batches at once!!
Black Beauty - Oatmeal Stout, aged with Bourbon barrel woodchips or dry hopped
Franken Pumpkin - Dark roasted malt pumpkin beer with spices
Perfect 10 - American Pale Ale with a malty balance
Gone Aw-rye - A hopped up rye ale
Anything else we feel like trying!!
