I've been homebrewing for 14 years and have loved every minute of it. I brew everything from meads, tea wines, fruit and grape wine. My favorite style is braggot because I appreciate the challenge of melding honey with the perfect beer style that showcases both.
Currently working with spices and beer styles and finding interesting combinations.

July 2016 -Tropical Stout, Smoked Honey Red Ale
