My passion for craft beer began in 2009. At the time I was focused on tasting and drinking as much craft beer as possible. Living in San Diego, California really opened my eyes to a whole new world of craft beer and also provided me with a solid base. After many tasters and many pints it was time to brew some of my own. I create my recipes by combining the flavors and aromas of some of the best beers I’ve tasted around San Diego and the world. I use a gravity fed system, stainless steel kettles and the best ingredients available.
Some of my best batches include: An IPA using 2row and pale malt with Nelson and Mosaic, A pale ale with English malt and American hops, and a coffee stout west coast style.
