    My Brewing:

    Standard All-Grain, mash in Kettle for 90 minutes. Thin Mash @ 2 qts/lb. Use a 40qt rectangular cooler with a quad copper manifold for lauter and sparge. Batch sparge. Standard immersion chiller. 6 gallon batches. Pour into a 6.5 gallon glass carboy.
