i work 3 to 4 days a week brewing and learning
1 all in one 52 liters / 1 all in one 65 liters / 1 all in one 60 liters
2 kettle with grain basket and coil chiller 40l

pilsner - tap (not 100% satisfied)
motueka pale ale - tap (200% satisfied)
white beer - bottle ( 90% satisfied)
white beer fruit and spice( changing) - bottle (always a surprise so really satisfied even when it turn not good)
west coast IPA - in progress 70% satisfied
that the beer i was able to stabilise quick ...now trying to improve..
working on a IPA....working on rice lager
and still working on all my recipe so for now enough
