Just popped the top off of my first home brew. American Pale Ale. Not too hoppy but satisfying. Just started a Vanilla Porter and can't wait to share with my friends. Love the adventure that brewing delivers. Using extract kits now but researching and hoping to move to all grain in the spring. Live in the home of the best brewers and beers in the world. So lots of opportunity to expand my knowledge..
Living in VT I have lots of opportunity to sip on some of the greatest beers in the world. I enjoy IPAs as well as Porters, Stouts, and a number of American and Strong ales. Some of my Favorite brews and beers... Lawson's Finest Liquids- Sip of Sunshine and Super Session #2, as Well as Foley Brothers - Fair Maiden and Native IPA. All local brew's but can you blame me?
