I'm getting back into brewing after 10 years. I am completely burned out on the flood of IPA's on every shelf. I favor dark porters and stouts. I am using the Fermzilla 3.2 as a fermenter, 8 gallon SS boil kettle with false bottom, 10 gallon mash tun, corny keg converted kegerator.
