I am a novice who has been lucky. I try and research my styles and then I take what I like from various recipes within different styles to create my own. Currently I use partial mash but, am planning to graduate to all grain in the near future.
My beers tend to run heavy on body and flavor as taste is important to me. My number 1 recipe, Dis-Stor-Ter is a hybrid between a stout and a porter with a flavor profile that leaves you guessing.
