Been homebrewing on and off for the past 20 + years. Getting started again with all new equipment. Just got the Clawhammer BIAB 20-gallon system.
I was stationed in Germany for 4 years. Got to try a lot of different ones in my travels. I would not say I have a true favorite. I do enjoy a lot of stouts and porters. I like a good ESB, and a good Kolsch. Not big on sours, or what we call IPA's here in the states.
