I am nothing more than a soldier in the United States Army who loves beer. I started brewing after returning home from Iraq in 2009 because I was looking for something to keep me busy and in the words of my father "keep me from dancing on tables". I use a RIMS with a false bottom and an electric boil kettle. My efficiency averages between 75 and 80%.
