I love dark beer, rye, and brewing. I also get down with cider, kombucha, and sours. Flavor is the spice of life: live a bit.
Generally dark though I dabble in ambers, reds, and strong ales. I rarely attempt IPAs but when I do it'll usually be hazy. I don't like all the work and extra equipment that goes into lagers, pilsners, etc, so I will almost never make them. Though, I have the equipment and know how.
