Have been activly brewing for 2 years. Quickly switched to all grain and BIAB. Still do some 1 gal exctract for testing and experiments. 15gal megapot with blichaman temp. Proud owner of Little Monsters Brewing. Always willing to teach and always learning and refining my process. I also do a pop culture and beer podcast with 2 buddies for 7 years.
I do all styles. No lagers though. I specialize in Belgians and have been refining my Belgian tipel recipe for 2 years. I will post that soon.
