Working on products aimed at starting a brewery. We have made and are using keggles in a simple basic configuration, doing all-grain brewing, kegging and bottling with a beergun(when absolutely necessary) I am as interested making really good session beers as I am in making delectable large and very large beers.
Regular Recipe Beers
MSB "Mad Slovak Bitter" fusion style session ale based on ESB made to please European dark lager drinkers, this beer is sweet, darkish, !dry-hopped! Named after my Friend and Brewpartner Pavol
IPA sweet/spicy/balanced recipe which look to TG and Lagunitas and Firestone Walker for inspiration.
5 different malts and a variety of NW Hops
IPDP "Imperial Panty-Dropper Porter" Smoked Imperial Porter with Maple, Bourbon and oak
"SIP" Smoked Imperial Porter. A variation on the panty-dropper using single malt instead of bourbon and different hops
