Started brewing as a creative outlet after I lost my father to cancer. I had been thinking of brewing for a couple of years, started reading up on the subject here and there. Now, I can say I'm glad I took the chance on the hobby/craft/art/science/obsession that is brewing.
1st Batch: Westminster Pale Ale
2nd Batch: Castle Redundant Brown Ale (clone of Newcastle)..this one wasn't as good as hoped...will call it a Beta and release it againwith mistakes corrected
3rd Batch: Hopbombination Double IPA
4th Batch: Wit's End (Belgian Whit Ale)
5th: Double Shot Stout (coffee and chocolate stout)
6th: Surly Grove ((spiced apple cider)
