Started on an outside burner, soon moved to a bigger pot. I do some small BIAB batches on the stove. Today, I have an Electric BIAB system and BrewPi Fermentation Controller, and I got four kegs for Christmas. I have been using the "A Brewing Water Chemistry Primer" thread HomeBrewTalk.com for my water. The combination of a good water base, precise mash control from the BCS, panel, and precise fermentation control from the BrewPi has improved my beers quite a bit.
