I began home brewing in 2014 starting with Brewer's Best 5gal Extract Kits, then to Extract Kits of my own recipe. In 2022 I started All-Grain brewing using a single infusion mash setup from Northern Brewer. I've brewed many styles including Pale Ale, IPA, NEIPA, Porter, Stout and Lager.
