Ultra-amateur so far. Very excited about the prospect of making good drinkable beer and being able to scale that up a bit so friends and family can enjoy. Just in the small batch practicing stages of it now, trying to get comfortable with all the steps so i can learn what to and not to do. had 4 pretty successful batches so far, Cheers!
