I am now limited to small batch brewing after moving away from Minnesota and away from my brewing partner. I usually brew 6 gallon batches of very high quality beer and mead. I love to brew Sour beers, Fruit Lambics, and flavored ales. I am waiting for two 5 gallon whiskey barrels that I ordered recently, then I will be doing a series of High Gravity Ales.
