No longer a beginner - but not a pro either! Love my Anvil Foundry and things improved greatly when I installed a chiller into my Crucible fermenter. Brewing reliable British style beers, with no alcohol above 6% ABV!
Typically British style ales. Bitter, Mild, Red Ale, Tribute Clone, ESB, etc.
