I'm using an Anvil Foundry w/ Chiller and recirc pump, along with a Fermzilla All-Rounder to pressure ferment. Just an engineer using what he can to make a decent gluten free brew. I can't do corn and a few other foods either, so you'll see that my recipes typically revolve around molasses, oats, sorghum, home-made candi sugars (it's easy - try it!), and other GF grains. The yeasts I use are gluten free, according to the manufacturers when I contact them, or their supplying labs.
I'm experimenting with gluten free beers, and my beers are on my profile:
Dano's Gluten Free IPA
The Darknesss (renamed now as it came out like Barking Squirrel Amber Ale)
Letterkenny Irish Gluten Free Red (experimental)
